“Be A Little Boulder”

I don’t think I’ll ever forget the day Hubby and I landscaped my parents old house with these rocks. Hubby loaded them on a tractor to place them in piles while I placed each rock in a certain spot. The task didn’t come without complications. It was a hot day and some of the rocks were impossible to carry or they would start rolling away. Wha? Yes, I remember the both of us cussing a lot (which I don’t do!). Let’s just say, we never wanted to see another landscaping rock in our life. Along with our neighbors’ moral support and my brother helping in the end, we were able to get through it. Now here we are three years later and I couldn’t be more thankful for the hard work, lifting, and time put into it. They look more magical than ever on a snowy day in the middle of winter making a “statement” all of their own.
